Graduated in Dentistry from Universidade Potiguar (2014), with a Master's (2016) and Ph.D. (2020) in Oral Pathology from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Currently, he is a Permanent Professor in the Graduate Program in Oral Pathology at the Faculty of Dentistry of Piracicaba/UNICAMP, supervising master's and doctoral students. He serves as an Oral Pathologist and Coordinator of the Immunohistochemistry area at Getulio Sales Diagnósticos (GSD) in Natal, RN. He also coordinates research in Histopathology and Immunohistochemistry at the International Research Group in Natal and is a visiting researcher at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute (LA BioMed) at HARBOR UCLA Medical Center. His research focuses on general pathology, head and neck pathology, cutaneous and mucosal melanomas, dermatopathology, odontogenic tumors, and salivary gland biopathology. He has completed internships at the Centro Clínico de Cabeza y Cuello in Guatemala and the Department of Anatomical Pathology at UNICAMP.
